Participants will role play common conflict scenarios and practice skills to mediate, de-escalate and otherwise navigate sticky situations. David currently works as director of people experience at Instacart, where he builds the talent function for HQ and field operations to ensure the company has the talent it needs to meet its ambitious expansion plans.
