Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana was founded in 1792 by the Hidalgo Family. Today is owned and managed by the 8th generation, becoming the second oldest winery in Spain single family operated. There is great respect for traditional winemaking practices and vineyard management that has been passing though generations. Wines are only produced from own vineyards.
