From fairytale classics such Walt Disney's The Sword in the Stone (1963) to Disney and Pixar's Onward (2020), enchanted tools such as wands and staffs have become a staple in fable lore. This Studio Series workshop will whisk you away to reveal how the fantasy genre came to be and the animation techniques that have been used in television and film to create magical items. Then, using drawing principles, you will animate a magical staff casting a powerful spell!
