The experience begins with a relaxed loop around Jack's Beauty Ranch, where you'll be introduced to the basics of Walking Meditation. For those who wish to delve deeper, a moderate 4-mile hike through the scenic trails to the Ancient Redwood will follow. Jeff will start the journey with a brief introduction to the practice, followed by a grounding meditation to center and prepare us for the walk ahead.
