Empress by Boon Partners with the Celebrated SIPS Barcelona for Limited-Time Residency

Empress by Boon, San Francisco's acclaimed destination for modern Cantonese cuisine, is hosting an exclusive three-day residency with Simone Caporale, the visionary behind and co-founder of SIPS Barcelona, the world's number one bar by World's 50 Best in 2023. "Simone + Boon: A Drinkery House and Empress by Boon Dinner Collaboration" will take place November 23-25, 2024, and will explore themes of innovation and experimentation. Over three exciting culinary days, Empress by Boon's Michelin-starred Chef Ho Chee Boon and Caporale will merge their creative forces to present specially curated prix fixe menus paired with Caporale's genre-defying cocktails that blur the line between mixology and artistry.
Event details follow:
o Saturday, November 23: Guests will enjoy a multi-course tasting menu, expertly curated by Chef Ho, paired with Caporale's cocktail creations. The dinner is available to book from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. and priced at $225/pp. Due to limited capacity, reservations are encouraged.
o Sunday, November 24: Cocktail-making masterclass at 1:30 pm ($100 per person), followed by a cocktail pairing dinner from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., priced at $225 per person.
o Monday, November 25: Cocktail reception at 6:00 p.m. for $125 per person.
