"We have had ribs all over TN, KY, MO, including Bryant's in Kansas City. Best ribs ever are at Trail Dust. The are not baked first so the meat is slow smoked out back on a real wood fire and has lots of smoky barbecue flavor.
Sometimes, they even do fish. It is not the original owner but the ribs and tri tip are just as good as they were forever. We have lived here 10 years and still go for Trail Dust when we want ribs."
