San Francisco Institute of Music
The San Francisco Institute of Music is a Bay Area music school that offers a program of comprehensive music education for talented and motivated students, from children to adults. Our well-researched system for violin lessons, cello lessons, viola lessons, and piano lessons allows students to advance rapidly, with significantly less practice time than is traditionally assumed. Students, from beginners to the most advanced, participating in our program must show the ability to work with purpose and focus. With our system of music lessons they will receive training that will allow them to become masterful performers, yet maintain a balanced life.
SFIM accepts students on the basis of an interview and audition with members of our faculty. We accept beginners starting their first music lessons - from children to adults.
SFIM is located in two Bay Area locations - San Francisco and convenient to the Palo Alto area in Los Altos Hills.
