Join lululemon Grant Ave for our weekly run club in September in partnership with NCFit x The Bay Club. Our workouts will begin at Grant Ave and we will head out on a mile shake out run to the Bay Club. Jared, NCFit trainer, will lead us through a customized 30 minute workout to support runners in their strength training needs. Wrap up with a mile run back to the store and reward yourself with refreshments and snacks!
Feel free to unload your baggage from the day at the store and crush the workout. Warm-up begins at 6:15pm and all routes will begin and end at the store.
