Chef Hiroo and Nomica’s resident whisky expert Ross Katzenberg have teamed up to create an amazing dinner and whisky tasting.
This is a unique opportunity to learn about and taste some interesting and rare whisky’s from Nikka, Suntory, and Kikori
Over the course of dinner, Ross will pour seven different Japanese whisky’s and talk about their making, history, flavor and relationship to each other. He will also explore various styles of whisky service and presentation.
This intimate dinner will be limited to 10 guests, and be held in the private dining room at Nomica.
Cost is $175 per person total – inclusive of taxes and gratuity.
