Bored with plain t shirts, white kitchen towels, and blank tote bags? Itching to make your own printed cards, posters, or wrapping paper? Learn the basics of block printing in this fun filled workshop! Everyone will learn how to carve a rubber block/stamp with their own design, apply ink, print, and add additional details with fabric paint and a paint brush. Each attendee will be given a 100% cotton tote bag to print on.In this class, we will focus on printing on fabric, but the techniques learned can translate to many other materials, like paper, clothing, and wood. Once you learn, you won’t want to stop! The possibilities are endless and make great gifts!
Materials: All supplies are included and every student will leave with their custom block, a digital information packet, and their own printed tote bag!
This workshop will be on Sunday October 1st from 2-5pm at the LPP Workshop (855 Valencia Street). Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Limited to 10 students. All workshops include 20% discount in the LPP shop the day of their workshop.
If you need to cancel a class then it must be done 72 hours prior. We only give class/store credit. This is non-negotiable. Currently classes are 21+.
