The long forgotten neighborhood seems to be forgotten no longer. Maybe the renaissance is from the overall uptick in activity everywhere in SF, maybe it's the ability to add new units to a city who's thirsty for housing, maybe it's the creation of the 3rd Street Muni T Line... whatever the combination, this neighborhood is in a midst (2017) of a major, long-term change. The full picture of how it will shape San Francisco in the future is yet to be seen.
